Photos are examples of colors and styles with color sample tiles for all color choices, note that these are my own glazes that I have formulated from wood ashes and have a bit of 'movement' to them so each piece is unique in the way the color will run or express itself on the vessel. Shipping: Shipping will be calculated after purchase to insure a true shipping cost. I charge the exact shipping rate rounded up to the nearest dollar in order to cover a small portion of the packaging cost. No other shipping or handling fees are charged. I also reuse packing materials when available in order keep unwanted items out of the landfills and waterways.
These lovely trays are THE best for soup and sammy's, chips and dip, grits and eggs or anything else you want to load it up with. Perfect for individual portions and for snacking in front of the tv. I promise you'll find a thousand uses for these!
These pieces are made utilizing templates I refined over time for the perfect size portions. Being made from durable stoneware clay they are dishwasher and microwave safe but a I always say.... the better care you take of it the longer you will get to enjoy it!
For the glazes I have completely moved over to all my own ash glaze recipes. I spent a year burning different wood types to harvest ash that was then tested and retested to find a hand-full of perfect glazes. The testing is ongoing so there will be more over time, but I have enough in my arsenal at this point to create a variety of glaze colors in my pottery.
This means you are getting a very unique piece of functional art bearing my mark from start to finish. I hope you love them as much as I do!
